Eletech Global (Pvt) Ltd is an internationally focused consultancy and trade facilitation company co-founded by Duncan Berenger, Vice President of the International Multicultural Association (IMA) of Korea, and Mr. Yang Hee Chul, President of IMA.

We are strategically positioned to support investors, entrepreneurs, and businesses worldwide by leveraging our strong global presence through IMA representatives in 35 countries. Duncan Berenger
Chairman, ELETECH GLOBAL (PVT) LTD

With a dynamic career spanning over thirty years, Duncan Berenger has established himself as a visionary leader and accomplished entrepreneur. His journey began in 1990 when he founded Rainbow Apparels, a garment manufacturing enterprise, where he served as Managing Director until 1995. Transitioning into international trade, Duncan entered the importation of motor vehicles and machinery from Japan, a business venture he has successfully managed.

In addition to his entrepreneurial pursuits, Duncan holds a distinguished position as the Vice President of the International Multicultural Association (IMA) in South Korea. Under his leadership, IMA has expanded its global representation to 35 countries, fostering foreign direct investments and enabling cross-border business collaborations.

Duncan spearheads operations at Kenzo International, a company that imports machinery and diverse goods to Sri Lanka. As Chairman of ELETECH GLOBAL (PVT) LTD, he oversees project coordination and facilitation for development initiatives overseas, focusing on sectors such as mining, construction, agriculture, petroleum, and gas. His innovative approach and dedication to fostering growth have made him a key player in advancing multinational partnerships and economic development.

Yang Hee Chul

Yang Hee Chul is a highly distinguished leader in international business and multicultural affairs. He currently serves as the Founder and President of the International Multicultural Association of Korea. Through this esteemed association, he has successfully facilitated Korean investors expansion into numerous countries worldwide. Under his leadership, the organization has established a strong presence in 30 countries, fostering global business connections and cultural exchange. Beyond his work with the International Multicultural Association, Mr. Yang holds several prominent leadership roles across multiple sectors. He is the President of the International Quarantine Association, Korean Religion TV, and Boaz Global Co. Ltd. Organizations that contribute to diverse fields such as health, media, and global commerce.

Further demonstrating his dedication to global engagement, Mr. Yang also serves as the Chairman of Oluf Palmer International, The International Happiness Organization, and The Korean Journalists Association, among many other organizations and associations. His extensive influence across various industries highlights his versatility and commitment to International collaboration. In addition to these prestigious roles, Mr. Yang is currently playing a key role as the Director of Global Affairs for Eletech Global Pvt Ltd. His vast international business experience and strategic expertise have been instrumental in fostering global partnerships and expanding business opportunities for the company.
